Projects Overview
In an approach which seeks to build a framework for analyzing, evaluating, monitoring, and closing MEDA projects, this outline of questions, issues and ideas will enable us to develop standards against which MEDA makes decisions on project selection, funding, monitoring and project reporting. After analyzing all these issues, a strategy document will be formulated to ensure consistency, transparency and efficiency. We shall go through all of these issues and try to find answers to them during our phone conferences, and in consultation with subject matter experts.
